Heath Ledger’s Joker was the best representation of the Joker there has ever been. It was a great movie with a great story line and lots of action. But personally I’m a batman nerd so I think it was truly amazing. There are a lot of Batman fans and I can say that we are all happy to finally have good realistic Batman movies being made. As for everyone else I think they just liked it. I mean why is Twilight so successful? It’s just what the masses like.

probably cause all the hype heath ledgers death probably didn’t have alot to do with it, being a batman movie was a big draw, I think it was how good the movie looked that int iced people

Yeah Batman is awesome and everything, but ask anybody and I bet they’ll tell you they went to go see it for the Joker. Heath Ledger was getting buzz about his performance even before he died so that didn’t have anything to do with it. He was an amazing actor and his portrayal of the joker was just as amazing as he was. It’s sad that we lost such talent at such a young age. The man was good.

If you expected too much from it before you watched it of course you thought it wasn’t so great. I on the other hand, watched it thinking it was gonna be the same as batman begins, but was quite impressed overall.

Plus this was heath ledgers final performance, so that kinda help most people along.

I think it was because the movie had everything a movie should have, but I think the real reason is Heath Ledger’s performance as the joker. It was one of the best acting jobs in 2008. That’s really why. Oh and Happy New Year everyone!!!
