Who actually physically created Spiderman's costume?

I guess I’m talking specifically about the movie Spiderman, as I’m not too much of a Spiderman comic book buff.
All I know is that Peter Parker created his crappy little sweatshirt, spray paint outift for the 3 minute match in the cage and then in another shot, he suddenly gets this determined look on his face after – presumably – realizing that his old costume sucks and suddenly the nice, tight-fitting spandex ensemble is born.
I’m just wondering who made the costume for him?

Stan Lee came by and custom made one, with his magic pencil! Lol.
No, he made it. It’s not really explained in the movie how he was able to do this, but in the comics he’s just really handy with a needle and thread. Peter Parker was a really resourceful guy i guess: a man who can run around unashamed in his undies, sew and fight crime is the perfect man…
if you SWING that way…
peter parker makes his costumes. its wasnt shown in the movie but if youve ever read the comics or even seen the cartoons, youll know its him that makes them.
