Where do you find the pirate ship in sims 2 bon voyage?

On sims 2 bon voyage, my sim is in twikki island. Where is the pirate ship and pirate ghost guy?

Your sim needs to visit South End Beach on Twikkii Island, or any lot upon which you have placed the pirate ship object.
They then need to "Plunder Captain’s Cabin" on the pirate ship object. There is a chance that the Ghost Captain will appear, your sim will run out of the cabin and you’ll hear the Ghost Captain’s laughter.

"The Ghost Captain is hard to get to know, but your Sims will be glad they did if they can learn his hearty sing-along song.
The Ghost Captain can appear by chance if a Sim does the Plunder the Captain’s Cabin social, chasing the thieving intuder back onto the deck. Once out in the open air, the Captain lingers until your sim leaves the lot.
If your Sims can manage to build Daily relationship with the Ghost Captain, he’ll teach them his Sea Chantey. This jolly group song is a great tool for having Fun and building relationship with several Sims at once.

It takes a surprisingly difficult but still low Daily relationship of 7 to gain access to the Sea Chantey."
