I don’t know why you would want to get rid of it afterwards…I always save my old costumes! You never know if one year something that you used 3 years ago might come in handy. I have a whole huge box dedicated to that stuff! It could just save you some money down the road! But I know that Goodwill always has costumes for very reasonable prices. Some of them are even brand new in the package still. I found an authentic wedding dress for my costume last year there and it was only $20. Walmart and Target also have good prices, just not the greatest selection. Shopko has some cheap ones closer to the holiday..they go on clearance, but they’re slim pickings.
Design your own from things around your house. Or go to thrift stores cause you can always find something cheap and costume worthy there! Hope this helps!
Apparently you mean sale after use, that would be considered in-auspicious. Often dress is destroyed. In case you want to open a stores, best of luck.
If you are wanting to open your own business, I would suggest visiting Transworld trade show. In March 2008 it will be held in Las Vegas. Transworld is a collection of Halloween companies making costumes, masks, animatronics, props, etc. showing their wares to retailers. Most, if not all, of the Halloween merchandise you find in stores has been ordered at Transworld.
