What’s an easy to make costume for Halloween?

I’m going to a Halloween party next weekend, and as I am a staff member of an English school, I have to wear a costume. I’d like some ideas for a good, easy to make costume that does not require makeup. Something that’s easy to put on and take off.
I should mention that I work for a language school (we teach mostly English conversation, but also other languages) in Japan. It’s not about literature.

Cyrano de Bergerac. All you need is a cape and a false nose from a fancy dress shop.
You should be like shakespear or some other famous English writer or influential person tied into school. If the school has a theatre department you could barrow a costume
An 80′s person?
Get some black pants and shoes to just wear, and tuck in a disco shirt, then put on an afro wig.
Indiana Jones.
The only thing you have to buy is the hat. You can get those for like 2 bucks at a party store or a costume shop.
