Black lace, black wig and red or black lipstick and some kind of black lace dress thats fits tight.

Black dress teeth caps (Wal-mart or Hot Topic) and possibly a cape. make yourself pale with the lightest powder foundation you can find. wear red lipstick and put a little fake blood (corn syrup and red food coloring) around your mouth and you’re good to go.

Borrow or get a black trench coat (try thrift stores or friends)
Wear something that looks sleek inside,
use really light foundation or white face paint and make your face pale. Then, draw goth makeup.
Get rubber fangs.
