What is the correct way to peel off the "Peel Off Masks"?

I’m so confusing of the way to peel off the "Peel Off Masks" as some of the products is showing peel upwards after the mask drying but some of it also showing peel downwards…….. Which is the correct direction to peel off the facial masks ….. pls advise …. thanx

read the instructions and look at the label, but most of the time you end up picking those dang things off bit by bit.
I’ve seen both ways recommended too…. I would follow the instructions on the product you’re using I guess. I would imagine they tested it.
I’ve always thought that peeling DOWN seems to be better though, since it would pull out in the direction of your pores and maybe pull more crud out.
this will be odd at first but bare with me.. when the mask is fully dry open your mouth like your yelling or yawning.. it will lossen the mask at neck area& mouth area, start from the neck bottom & pull upwards. better upward cause, u want your skin to stay tight & lifted, always pulling down will pull skin down leading to sagging skin over the years. kinda like the whole ware a bra for support thing.
hold up, stay up.. you also should always massage creams on in upward motions for the same reasons.
