What is a really good scary book for Halloween?

I mean one that really gives you the creeps and makes you scared to turn off the lights. The last one I read was the book about the Amityville Horror, it creeped me out. Please don’t recommend movies, as they are never as scary as my own imagination.

The Bells by Charles Dickens. I found it VERY creepy.
The Tell-tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe or The Pit & The Pendulum, also by Poe.
Both of these are far scarier than the Raven.
