What are good ideas for halloween costumes for a pair of teens?

mi bff and i need ideas 4 costumes
we want 2 b like a pair like salt and pepper or sumthin
but we dont want like 2 go out and buy sumthin
[we'l buy accesories but not like the whole thing]
and we dont want 2 do like crazy arts + crafts 2 make them
so we want creative ideas tht wont need 2 b bought or made =]

me and my friend went as hippi sister (we won the costume contest)we had pease singe we made out of this colorful clay stuff that u cook.we had hippi pants with flares at the bottom.and we had lots of banglets,and pease sheerts(or tiedie)and we had things acrossed ar forheads (u can use a head band u can buy one or u can and make one)we looked goooooood!!!!!
be ketchup and mustard! Have one of you wear a red shirt saying ketchup and the other wear a yellow saying mustard. have fun!

I think maybe like fairies. Just go to kmart and get two dresses(kmart has cheep dresses.) and I guess put your hair up and get that sparkle spay stuff for you hair. Also, take cardboard, and cut wings. I think that would be cute!
