Or are you going to wait til this week to pick it up. Also what are you going to be. Im an escaped convict that shot by the guards anyway..lol its one of those you need to see first hand. My girls are going as Cleopatra and Tinkerbell" ages 6 and 4" my hubby I think is going to just do the handing out treats thing and be a pirate yet again. So tell me what are you going to be. And just so you know I will not give thumbs down to anyone.
Heres what my costume looks like and picture 38 exit wounds on my face, http://www.partycity.com/cgi-bin/parties/costumes.cgi?thepartytype=&name=Convict%20Woman&parties=Halloween&productstype=Adult%20Female&products=40076&zoom=1&start=&originaltype=Costumes
If your having trouble coming up with a costume idea, Hit the local salavation army store by you if there is one or thrift store, and just look around Ive done that many atime and come up with the freaking awesome ideas ppl have said.
Im not doing to much costume wise for Halloween as one the cost, 2 only wear it once and 3 why spend so much thats most likely gonna get destroyed in the same night on accident anyway. Plus with my costume I got my emplyee discount hehe helps to work at a Party Costume store.

Okay, I know it’s far away, but I want some ideas for my Halloween costume so I can start making it. I can’t sew, so what are some scary ideas for my Halloween costume? I’m a 14 year old girl. Nothing sexy. And I don’t care how much blood I use in it. I LOVE blood. So anything I can buy cheap, like things from the thrift store.
I know, but I like planning ahead.

I found long shiny gold raincoat at a thrift store, and I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate it into a halloween costume. Any ideas?
Superheroes, celebrities, or movie/book characters are ideal, but I’m not picky.
Thanks
I detest puns or play-on-word costumes.

I am dressing up as Mrs. Lovett for Halloween, and I have everything except one detail I really want: a bloodstained apron. However, I can’t find an apron ANYWHERE, which is really weird to me.
Do you have any suggestions on something I could make into a white apron, something I could probably find in a thrift store or at home?
Thanks!

So, I want to make my own costume for Halloween this year. I can go to a thrift store EASILY, and was wondering if anyone had some creative DIY halloween costumes for someone in their late teens? Thanks!

Okay well I’m going to be a vampire for Halloween but I do not want to buy the costume. I want to make it from things from different stores and make it look really real. Nothing cheesy. Okay well I already have good ideas but I need help on a couple of things.
First I don’t know what to do with my hair. I’m going to put white streaks in it but I don’t know how to style it, so help with that please?
Next I need help with the clothes.I’m thinking of wearing a black, laced, corset top that I could get from Hot Topic or some thrift store, but I don’t know what to wear with it! Like maybe a black skirt..but I dunno if they’ll still look vampire-like. I wanted fishnet or just regular stockings with it and black heels.I’m not so sure if I should wear a cape or if that would ruin the type of vampire look my costume is going towards so far. So I know what to do with my make-up (heavy eyeliner, fake eyelashes, heavy dark gray eyeshadow on top-bottom, red lipstick, dead white foundation, no blush, maybe a trickle of blood coming from the lip, and probably fake fangs.) I really want this too look real and scary, and nothing that’s already been made at a store. Sexiness of it doesn’t really matter as long as its not completely lingerie disgusting.

I had an idea for a pirate costume for Halloween. I’ve managed to do it by spending minimal amounts of money. I found a skirt at a thrift store for . All I had to do was sew it up a bit along the seam. I borrowed one of my sister’s work shirts and had a bandanna for my head. But what else could I add?
I have a plastic sword and a sash for around my waist.

My husband and I were invited to a party. Costumes mandatory. Can you think of anything that’s easy to put together from maybe stuff I can find in our house, or in a thrift store?
I don’t know how to sew and I don’t want to spend a lot of money on this.
Many thanks.

I am attending a costume party this weekend and I need to get a costume together! Since it’s not halloween time there arent many costumes out at the stores, and I plan on keeping it economical and trying to find the pieces of my costume at a thrift store. Im 20 years old. I was thinking of either being a harajuku girl, or a chick from Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. Any other ideas of costumes I could easily put together myself or that would be cute?

I am going to a pirate themed party next month and don’t have much money, due to being in college. I would like to make my own costume for the party using either things I can find in my closet or at a thrift store. I was wondering if anyone had ideas as to what I could use to make a good costume.
