If superman leaps straight up from the street, how fast must his initial speed be at ground level, to reach the top of the building? Keep in mind that originally
Superman couldn’t fly, so while he may have superhuman strength, he is subjected to the same gravitational laws as the rest of us.

Only respond to this question is you are familiar with both characters please. Also, don’t vote for the one or the other because you like the character/publisher more.
I’m thinking of the Surfer as he appeared in his third edition series when he wasn’t stranded on earth anymore, and Superman as he appears in his current series, not the silver/golden age versions. In other words, when each character is opperating at maximum strength and power levels.
This question wins the prize for Nerdiest entry of all time.
I forgot about the whole post-infinite crisis stuff going on with Supes, so let’s change the parameters to refer to Superman as he appeared in All-Star Superman #1 before he flew into the sun.

At Comic-Con next year in San Diego, I want to be Robocop, and I want to get a realistic Robocop costume, one major reason why i want to dress up as Robocop is because I want to distinguish myself from the others, I don’t want a "Common Costume" of a fictional Pop-Culture character, for example, Batman, Superman, Darth Vader, Storm Trooper, etc. Is Robocop a good choice?
or have a lot of people dressed up as Robocop in past Comic-Con conventions?
overall, if I dressed up as Robocop, would I be an extreme rarity?

Is it true that smallville has never and will never show or even say the name of superman because they cannot afford the rights to the character even for one episode?

If you were a superhero, what suit(COSTUME) would you wear?Superman?Batman or Spiderman?
WHY?
Superman = Super tight blue suit + Super small red tight swimming trunks outside + Red cape. Its very tight. It can hurt boys penis. Its hard hide that suit and very hard take that super tight suit off.(For boys its gay thing)
Spiderman = Very cool suit. Not very tight. All kids love spiderman suit
Batman = Dark, Cool not tight suit.Very cool.
I take SUPERMAN suit.
This is so cool
Yea
Swimming trunks outside.Very cool.oh yea very tight too.

I don’t have the old old BAtman comics, but I always wondered how does Catwoman avoid jailtime (at least back when vs. Batman.) Also how does Lex Luther and other guys with no powers get away from Superman. (At least back in the day).
I’m writing an assignment for my English summer session and I have these group of robbers, but they gotta get away from the policeman that can fly. Please give two suggestions.

Gotham City and Metropolis both have to deal with tons of crime and other problems, but the government / police are either too busy or too corrupt to deal with them. This is why Batman and Superman are both vigilantes who take the law into their own hands.
Why can’t Jan Brewer just disregard The Constitution and make her own laws for her state? I mean, sometimes you just have to forget the law / politicians, put on your cape, and save your people, right?

Superman has flown away from Earth to the Sun. He starts breathing & absorbing all the solar energy as he can. He is now fully powered.
What type of Superman is Superman called when he has absorbed all the solar energy his body could hold?
One person said that is Superman one million. KGB said that is Superman Prime but I read that Superman Prime is a evil alternate version of Superman in a alternate universe. I heard that Superman Prime is so invulnerable that he could fly through a red sun.

I have a girl who just turned 1 (18m – 2T) and a boy who just turned 2 (2T-3T),and I can not figure out their costumes, I wanted pebbles and bam bam but those costumes were hideous and I don’t want to make them, my husband doesn’t want him to be Peter Pan, which Peter Pan and Tinkerbell was my backup, and I didn’t want anything too generic like clowns or pirates. They were Superman and Wonder Woman last year, which was adorable, but I don’t want superheros again. So, now it seems like I’ve eliminated all costumes I can think of, can anyone help?

Original costumes such as superman, batman, spiderman, etc. are accepted but original ones encouraged. Any ideas?

I don’t understand how Hollywoond could even think of devotng a whole movie to this.
Superman could move the moon…Batman is a guy that lifts weights. Kryptonite aside, how could Batman beat Superman?
