I can buy a leotard and leggings for the basic shape and color, but I’m not sure how to add the other colors and web design. Any and all ideas are welcome! Thanks.

I haven’t been able to find an official replica (they used to be available for sale but it seems they aren’t anymore) so I was wondering how I could go about making one and what materials etc I would be able to use, and how I could get the colours and shape right. It’s called a jackal knife and was used by Faith in the TV show Buffy.

I’m looking for a character to cosplay as but I need to find a character with brown hair and wears a mask with the general shape of hei from darker than black or tobi from naruto shipuudden. I have everything set up for their kinds of mask since I cant plaster my own face. I know I can cosplay as either one but I want to look at other options before.

Hi all, I want to make a simple halloween costume – it will be cylindrical in shape (think of a rolled up poster, except the length and width of a teenager’s body), and I’m planning on using cheesecloth.

What brand or type of glue (or adhesive, or mixture of ingredients) can I use to make the cheesecloth stiff enough to hold it’s round shape when I wear it? And, more importantly, what proportions should I use when mixing the "glue"?

I remembered this episode of Star Trek TNG that ended with a scene on the holodeck where they fed in information from a mission to a plan to reconstruct the scene. Using the computer to look at light and shadow, they were able to find invisible aliens hidden in the data. I remember them playing with the settings until this sort of humanoid grey shape emerged behind one of the away team members. It was kind of freaky. For the life of me, I can’t figure out which episode it was. Do you have any idea?

im starting a birthday, telegram,flower deliver business and before i buy costumes i need to know if it is legal to wear look a like costumes that are not licensed by the original character and do shows at birthdays ect.

example: donald duck look a like costume to perform a dance at a birthday party for an hour.

i have found other website and simular businesses doing this and it seems to be fine as long as they state on their website that they are look a like characters and are in no way shape or form associated with the originators of thie character.

please help me ive tried looking this up everywhere and its important to find out if this violates copy rights or infringes on them.

Did anyone else notice that the mask or cowl or whatever it’s called was very strange looking in The Dark Knight? I didn’t like the costume in the second movie at all. It was crap compared to the first one, especially the mask which looked like a crash helmet. It didn’t fit neatly around the shape of his head, it was weird looking.

can we base on it shape when we select a good pumpkin?

I have been looking on line for pumpkin carving stencils/templates in the shape of the USS Enterprise from Star Trek (TOS). I have not yet found any good templates that I can use. I am trying to find templates/stencils for the Starship Enterprise, not the crew. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

I live in Okinawa Japan…a warmer climate. It is 82 F during the day and 60 something at night.

For Halloween this year, my friends and i thought it would be cool to make our porch look like the side of a pirate ship and have like 20 pirates out there. The small details are pretty extensive but we’re having trouble figuring out how to build the ship itself. We found a furniture store willing to donate giant furniture boxes, but as for getting the ship’s shape (its alot harder than it seems) we’ve failed. We have a couple hundred dollares to work with.
Help would be very much appreciated! Did i mention we’re going to be having a bake sale to raise money for our troops still in Iraq too? So i’m sure the soldiers would thank you too.

Since we’re finishing Romeo and Juliet, we have to make a meticulously detailed mask of who we would be at the ball where they met. My teacher hinted that the shape of the eyes are very important, as are the placement of feathers around the face.
