Need ideas for female costume, but can’t be any of the following as they’re already being done!
Cleopatra, Zorro, Lara Croft, Austin Powers, Dr Evil, mini me, Rambo, Indiana Jones, Marilyn Monroe, Riddler, Oompa Loompa and Spock.

Okay, so I am completely lost here. I am inviting my friend over for Halloween and I have NO IDEA what I want to be.

F.Y.I. (For Your Information):
I am a female (in case you couldn’t tell by my avatar)
I am thirteen.
This will probably be my last year trick-or-treating.

Here is a list of the clothes that I can use to put together a costume (I don’t have to use all of them):

-tight black dress (down to thighs) don’t worry, I didn’t buy it like this, I’ve had this dress for a while

-my mothers black with white pocka-dots dress (down to ankles, loose)

-black Mudd high-heels (open-toe sandals)

-peacock "mask" (the kind that only covers your eyes, like the one in "Phantom of the Opera")

I can do the following with my hair:

-straighten it (I do this every week day)
-curl it (I own a curling iron, or I can do the "scrunching" technique)
-put it up in a pony tail or bun (my hair is brown, thicker, and chest length when straightened)

I am willing to buy face paint. If you could include a how-to with your answer, that would be great.

Oh, and I am also into more "retro" celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Fred Astere, and Audrey Hepburn.

I would love to be something cute (not slutty) like a doll or something. I have medium length brown hair and am fairly tan (so I can’t do anything like Tinkerbell, which makes me incredibly sad.

Also I don’t have definite plans for Halloween yet so it would have to be a costume that I could make out of clothes from my closet (which is pretty big, but still) so it’s kind of limited.

Oh and I have a bunch of makeup and 2 wigs: a pink bob and a straight red wig… so I guess that makes my options a bit bigger. Plus there’s a road down the street that sells pretty cheap blonde Marilyn Monroe type wigs.

Do you have any cute yet easy ideas of what I could be? Please help and be original! Thank you so much!

Me and my friend are 14 and want a good, appropriate halloween costume for the school carnival. We don’t want to be like a witch or vampire or wizard or anything thats dorky or scary. We just want something that draws attention. Like Marilyn Monroe. We were thinking of something that involves a lot of crazy make up and hair styles. Any ideas at all?

We are having a Halloween Party next week and want to make a graveyard of dead celebrities. We need a good name for it also. So far I have a really cool 21"Ground Breaker Skelton that has a costume that makes it look like it should be ELVIS. It has poseable arms, a white costume with gold trim and a gold necklace.

I have a white Marilyn Monroe dress that I can use as well for her grave. With an old hat and some boots I can make a grave for Hank Williams Sr.

I need an idea as who to go as for a party where ya have to dress like a celebrity, or make up your own. I would like to stick with the first one, but if not is all good.
I’m blond and i have short hair so that limits who I can be and 86′s some people I’d like to be. I’ve thought about Princess Di, Marilyn Monroe, and Grace Kelley…If I go as any of these people, what costume would I wear? Any other ideas as who to go as?

ok, every year i enter my dog (6 lbs. black chihuahua: male) in a pet costume contest. I want this year to be his year! We need something EXTREME!!! Totally amazing! something that will have to win! Last year the winner was Molly Monroe (Marilyn Monroe) She had a white gown, riding on a parade-float-looking wagon. she was so cute!!! We were thinking of doing a fireman- with uniform, hat, axe, and fire extinguisher (not real, lol), and have him ride on a wagon that is dressed up like a fire truck… but are there any other suggestions?

I’m have long blond hair, about 5′ 2", blue eyes (but can get colored contacts), and 14 years old. I am also 105 lbs if that gives you an idea of my size.

Which one would be best for me? And if you have a better idea, would you post it? I’ve already been Marilyn Monroe, so that option’s out. Basically, and famous blondes at all–from movies, old Hollywood, singers, whatever!
