I have to write an essay about the crow and the dark knight, about how they are similar and how they are different.
It seems like Heath Ledger drew inspiration from Brandon Lee’s character, The Crow…any ideas??? or ways to elaborate?
i want to know what your favorite Heath Ledger movies outside of The Dark Knight and Brokeback Mountain.
I have a theory that The Dark Knight wouldve been awful without Heath Ledger.

Should Heath Ledger Receive A Posthumous Oscar For The Dark Knight Role? If you believe so, who would you like to receive it on his behalf? I would love to see his daughter accept it if she was old enough.
Okay, so, since I’m not throwing a huge shindig for my birthday this year, I’ve decided I want to throw a gigantic high school graduation party, at the end of this school year.
I am determined to make this the best party possible, and REALLY memorable. So I was thinking about making it a costume party, all costumes must be classic comic book superhero related (Batman, Superman, Spiderman, The Flash, Green Lantern, etc.)
All my friends loved comic books as a kid, like I did, so I think this could be a great trip down memory lane, and a fantastic send off for those of us heading off to college.
I was planning on making a list of every person attending and what superhero (or villain) they’ll be disguised as, so that way we don’t get two Batmans or five Jokers. *:P ((Oh yeah, no Dark Knight "Jokers" either. Only classic. I loved the movie, but I want to let that part stay with Heath Ledger and Heath Ledger alone))
Anyway, do you guys have any ideas on what other kinds of cool, fun things I could do to make this party really off the wall? Gift bag ideas? Ways to cut costs therefore adding to the greatness?? lol
P.S. I’m going to go as Harley Quinn. *:D

I really want the learn how to sound like and impersonate the Joker from the Dark Knight. I saw the movie and was instantly inspired by Heath Ledger’s amazing performance. I know the script to the scenes I just need to learn how to sound like the Joker.
if you know the exact age i would prefer that. but if you cant find any info or anything give me your estimation of how old he could be. I mean i was watching The Dark Knight and i am just curious

For my sister’s Xmas gift I want to find a photo/film still from Batman’s The Dark Knight of the Joker (Heath Ledger) from the scene where he is dressed as a nurse and walking out of the hospital.

When i started watching it I was like… wow people think this movie is SOOO great.. but then it got extremely great!! i love heath ledger.. i just got a pack of cards and i go up to my family and give them the joker card and say "heres my card" lmao

It’s a wonderful movie, especially considering the usual quality of superhero movies, but did anyone else feel Batman himself was the worst part of "Knight"?
I love Christian Bale in general, but I’m not especially fond of his Batman. The growling voice especially grates on me. I understand the concept of Bruce Wayne changing his voice in the Batman costume, but the voice is too deep. It goes past menacing and lands in the neighborhood of unintended camp.
And, honestly, next to the energetic, ferocious Joker (played so well by Heath Ledger) or even the noble, doomed Harvey Dent, Batman just wasn’t very engaging as a character.
If movie titles were determined by the character everyone is watching, the movie would’ve been called "The Clown of Crime."
I use the word "especially" too much. lol
I didn’t mind The Joker hogging the spotlight. Heath gave a brilliant performance and deserved it.
But, damn, Batman was just shoved into the dirt. IMO. Dent and Gordon were more interesting!

Does anyone else think that they shouldn’t be showing the Dark Knight in theaters? The role of the Joker drove Heath Ledger to his death. When we give those producers our money are we saying that we don’t care what happens to the actors, we just want the entertainment?
well i know he overdosed on sleeping pills people. but that role made him messed up. all im saying is that maybe they shouldnt have pushed him so hard to the edge?
