My friends and I have just returned to paintball after a rather lengthy break (in my case nearly 20 years). At this point I wear glasses and found that the field masks just wouldn’t stay seated if I were wearing my glasses. Since I’m effectively blind without them I need to find a mask that fill fit over my glasses.

Any recommendations?

So can some one tell me how to look like my avatar?..I already have the shoes, scarf, and glasses, so where can I get the shirt and skirt?..Also, do you think this outfit would be appropiate to go watch the Nutcracker?

She says it’s not her fault because we were dressed in the same costume, so she thought it was me. I tend to think she is lying, because that chick DID NOT look like Darth Vader to me. She says she did, and because she wasn’t wearing her glasses, it was an "oopsie", and should be forgiven. So after the fire department left, and her car was towed away, I told her "oopsie". And now she’s mad at ME!! Can you believe her? She has insurance. And besides, her hair will grow back. I need a new girfriend. I’m sick of her lies.

ok I want an idea for a sexy halloween costume (i’ve got the body for it), but i have glasses, the black rectangular ones like in my avatar. they always seems to take away from my costumes (alice from alice in wonderland w the glasses jusr doesnt look the same….), i need an idea for a costume that the glasses will look good with. i’ve already been a naughty school girl.

My school’s football homecoming is this week, making this ‘Spirit Week’. Thursday, October 9, is superhero/villain day. So I need help from all you creative people out there with a good suggestion for something I can dress up as. And please (no matter how much fun it always is to make the principal mad) nothing that will get me sent home or that’s too blatantly inappropriate. Real superheros/villains or made up ones are both ok. Also, if you think of something that two people could go as, like a hero and its arch-enemy, because I could do that with a friend. And it doesn’t have to be something normal; it can be something funny. All ideas are appreciated!

On April 20th, a local business is having a thing called a "Pirate Treasure Hunt". You don’t technically need to have a pirate costume, but it would make it much more fun. Plus you get an extra prize if you do!

I don’t want to spend a lot of money – preferably not more than ten dollars.

I have a pair of black knee-length pants that I thought would work, and a red bandanna, and a scarf that I thought I could wear as a slanty belt. (Essential!) Mostly I’m worried about upper-body and footwear.

And unfortunately, I wear glasses, so I can’t wear an eyepatch. *sigh*

Any help would be much appreciated!

I’m planning on being a Teacher for Halloween and so far I have a short black pencil skirt, glasses, and a small button-up sweater. Any other ideas to make this costume really good?

In 06 I was Flavor Flav, with a giant glow in the dark clock, viking hat, glasses, and I even went in blackface (lol).

In 07 I was the Hamburglar, with the hat, mask, cape, jailbird costume, burger tie, and mcdonalds cup for my beer.

I’m going out to some clubs this friday, wondering what would be a good costume. I can’t pull off anything skimpy unless it was designed to show off my beer gut in a hilarious way. I was thinking about being Billy Mays, the really loud guy with the neckbeard from the OxyClean infomercials. Or the Shamwow guy with the head microphone and lame hair.

I’m going for semi-recongnizable cultural references (nothing cliche like Obama or Joker) Any other unique ideas?

Caribbean Carnival can be thought of like USA’s Halloween.
This is the time of year we wear costumes.

My youth group has a costume party for month end.

Because I am very short sighted, and NEED to wear my glasses, most costumed super heroes like spiderman etc. are out of the question. I don’t want to dress as spiderman and spend the whole night stumbling over people’s feet.

The only idea I have so far is Iron-man, because it is a full body suit, with a helmet … so I could still wear my glasses without spoiling the costume.

Any other ideas ?

To the suggestion of prescription contacts. It would take several weeks for the contacts to arrive. I checked. It would not be available in time for month end.

I mean am I missing something? Superman doesn’t wear any mask so how do people not know his identity.I mean are people in Comic Books so dumb that they get fooled just because he wears glasses when he is in regular cloths

I’m making a Superman costume for Spirit Week and Halloween also. I need to know what to wear under it . I am still trying to figure out how to make a Superman costume fit for a 16- year old teen, with what I got is Under Armour and the cape from Six Flags. I have only brown hair and do need to wear glasses.
