Has anyone seen Sesame Street Live? They are coming to our town soon, and my daughter is obsessed with Elmo.

By the time that the show opens, my daughter will be 18-months old. I was wondering if anyone has taken their kids to see the show, and if so how old their kids were at the time. She has an okay attention span now, but I’m afraid that we will take her and she will be out of control and won’t want to sit still throughout the performance (it is 90 minutes long).

okay so i was going to be elmo for halloween, but i can’t find a costume and even if i did, we are having a huge party and it would be waaay too hot….so i was thinking about something else to be, nothing scary or dead…so far i thought of tinkerbell or juno….but i need something so that i won’t be completely hot. any help appreciated…thanks!!

I’m trying to find a place where I can rent an Adult size Elmo or Big Bird (or maybe just any popular Sesame street character) for a birthday party. I know there are some online places but the shipping is almost as much as the costume! Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is it childish that your friend still has a fear of Elmo at 15 years old? Cause I play mean jokes on her all the time about elmo but she gets scared but I want her to get over it cause I don’t like her being scared of elmo cause i think its pretty childish? Any concerns or ideas for her to stop her fear…?

Dora is really a peoples person and can understand everyone…. but think about what will happen with immigration then.
Snorlax has experience (as a mayor) and is strong and powerful…. but hes fat and lazy.
Elmo is very social and helps people…. but he might try to enslave the human race and only puppets will live freely?

We got one for our 15 month old and it does all the movements but it doesn’t talk at all, so I took it back to exchange it and they said, "Oh, my another Elmo that doesn’t work" So I got a credit on a Walmart card and I was wondering if it was worth it to get another one. So pretty much my question is…."If you got one, Does it work right?" When they said that it kinda scared me that there were alot of them with problems.

This thursday the kids school holds a Book Parade , they get to dress up as a character of a book of their choice then marched around the school in their outfit and their book,.We had an old costume of elmo and we had a book , my son is in the 1st grade and my husband says hes too old for elmo he would get made fun of, need some opinions on this please………..

Back in the day, there WAS no Elmo. There was Grover, and life was good. It seems that Elmo has usurped Grover’s rightful role as lovable furry monster. I think Elmo needs his own show and the Street needs to return to being the Street.

I was just wondering if i am the only one that finds it wierd that four year old Caillou is bald? Also why does elmo draw on everything in elmos world? My son always says to me Mommy elmo was bad he drew on the walls. Just wondering if anyone eles thought these things were wierd.
