My son is a year old, and he eats constantly! He just had his 1st birthday a couple days ago and he ate one cupcake after another loving the icing! My problem is, he was 4 months premature, and he looks like he is still only 4 or 5 months old at the most. (Even though he stands up and walks… at least for a bit before falling) Whenever I was in a store and he wanted to stand up or walk I would hold his hand to help him not fall and people and all of their rude opinions would yell at me for making such a young baby stand like that. I would of course tell them he is a year old and mind their own business, but I have a feeling that people will think the same thing if I take him around for Halloween. I already have his costume and he really loves it since it’s Spiderman… should I just ignore everyone’s comments and let him enjoy his first Halloween home (he spent the 1st 4 months of his life in the hospital and wasn’t even home for the first one) or should I just not take him? Thoughts?
ps, please don’t give other people answering negatives. i am only looking for opinions, so no one is right or wrong here!
He can walk… he just gets excited and falls down every once in a while.
They don’t give alot of room in the question part to say everyt detail, so to add:

1-the cupcakes were the tiny baby ones at the grocery store… not normal size. Doll size.
2-i live in an apt, so going out is actually going to my family’s section for 3 streets. Kids can’t come to my door without a key to each building.
3-halloween starts at 5pm here, and it will be warm, but he will still wear thick clothes. He won’t be out late. Maybe 5:30 or 6pm…
4-I won’t be letting go of his hand at all, so if kids run by, I have him still. I am dressing up with him too, so we are both going up to the door so I can be with him.
5-If he seems scared or bored, we are stopping.
6-He is not eating the choclate… just cookies in the famous amos bags, or treats like that…wafers too. He may like icing, but no candy bars yet!

I just don’t want 2 halloweens getting away from me and him!

I asked a couple days ago what everyone was planning on doing for halloween with their toddlers. Well ladies how did the halloween plans go?

I planned on going to a harvest festival…wasn’t that good at all. Then we went to walmart to see abunch of coworkers little guy made out like a bandit…mommy stole his kit kats i kinda been craving them! We came home handed out candy and went to a couple houses on the block in between trick or treaters. He was out buy 7pm he had a long day.

in a couple days, my oceanography class is having "pirate day" for extra credit. And i want to dress up like one for the fun of it and extra credit, the problem is what do FEMALE pirates where?

i mean i seen some what they look like online but too showy, needs to be appropriate for school . I’m looking for something that could come out of my closet/around the house and stay on budget. so how can i dress up like a pirate?

I just went to Six Flags Magic Mountain a couple days ago with my friend, and I’d never been on Superman before because it actually looked pretty scary. So we decided to go that day, turned out to be a TOTAL waste of time. The line took nearly an hour & an a half for literally a 20 second ride at the most. The launch wasn’t even that intense, and I didn’t even feel anything. I seriously think they should consider demolishing this ride and build something better, something like x2. Who else agrees with me?
