SCARY NOT SEXY HALLOWEEN COSTUME!?

So, I like to plan my Halloween costumes a bit early… I am having a bit of a problem deciding on something scary (I do not purchase my costume). Every "scary" costume suggestion/idea for women is something overly sexualized i.e. Baby Firefly, Elvira. No offense to women who like dressing like that, I would just like some real scary kick-ass ideas. All opinions accepted 
I don’t want to be sexy at all…the closest to sexy I would get would be a nurse from silent hill…and that’s almost too much.
