In Star Trek, who would be the one to announce new images of a new planet?

I’m writing a Star Trek fan fiction, and this would be helpful.
To clarify, I mean who would announce that they are receiving images of a planet?
Sorry if I’m unclear at all!
Thank you!
I put this in Books&Authors because I’m using the answer for my writing, sorry if it belongs in movies or tv.

Basically anyone with library computer access could do that.
Assuming they were approaching the planet, probably the science officer.
Assuming they were in orbit and needed an on-screen image, probably the helm officer.
Assuming they were just looking up the information for other reasons, probably the science officer or records officer, perhaps even the communications officer if they weren’t busy.
If you mean that they are scanning a new planet that they are near it would probobally be an ensin on the bridge. if it was longer distance or it was being scanned "off screne" then I’d go with a nameless science officer.
I agree with the first guy – it would probably be the bridge science officer.
