i want to make a halloween costume?

I’m a thirteen year old girl, medium height, brunette.
I want to make a costume rather than spending on
something i’ll only wear once. I was thinking
something like:
Deal or no deal model
harry potter
football player
nerd
lifeguard
lady gaga
Babydoll
any ideas?

I really like the baby doll idea that I am starting to hear. Wear a plastic headband, curl your hair at the bottom, rosy cheeks and long eyelashes, white tights and baby doll flats with a dress like a frilly one.
Lady Gaga, she is in a different costume everyday! How could you possibly be her?

Your a girl right so i wouldn’t as a Football Player or Harry Potter. I am 13 too and i am going as a witch.i have hardly any money apart from spends so i need to buy something that is cheap too. so i thought well why dont i make an outfit. i am going as a witch but not one of them witches outfit you would wear if you were 7. I am wearing a black and a pink Tutu. Doing the makeup my self. Having like a beauty spot. You could go as a pretty Witch. Maybe curl and backcomb your hair so its big. Then its up to you about the top. Hope my advice works. From Char x
