I need to come up with a Lady Gaga costume for my cat for a project? Anyone have ideas what I can do?

For a school project we are doing a music video with cats. We chose "Telephone," so we need to dress a cat up like Lady Gaga. I tried to find outfits online, but I would rather just make something really quickly or throw stuff on the cat (lol). But ya, if you have any ideas, that would be great.
The cat is well-trained and comfortable wearing clothes, ‘cuz she has other costumes.

maybe some see through plastic with tape x’s on the cat like in bad romance…idk
um put it in a crazy dress and a bow on it head then maybe find something so you can draw a lightning bolt around its eye
Frankly, you’d be better off having a dog play the part. They can do things like sit and come (which cats generally don’t). Also, cats don’t usually like being "dressed up." They get no sense of satisfaction from it, because they simply don’t care. I understand if you can’t find a dog, so here are some ideas:
-Make a bikini. This isn’t too hard if you have a plain striped-print fabric or whatever. Leave a fourth hole for the tail!
-You can also make a simple skirt/dress thing if you’re feeling ambitious – there are lots of sites online like wikihow.com that can help.
-You might want to consider doll fashion. American Girl dolls are about the size of a cat, and might have things like hats that you could use. Ask siblings!
