How would I make a mask like The Man In The Mask from The Strangers?

I saw this movie last night and I’ve decided that it would be a phenomenal costume for halloween. I know the mask is made from some sort of burlap sack (possibly from sunflower seeds), but would anyone know exact measurements of it?
Or maybe someone knows where I could simply buy a mask such as this one? (I’m near Toronto for reference).
Thanks folks.

i bought one from thestrangersmask.com and got it today. it looks very authentic when tied back like in the movie.
on the website it said that they made it out of cotton (if you wanted to make it). what i would do is find some gray/tan/white cotton and cut one strip for the left and right side of the mask. then get one big strip going down the middle. sew it all up and boom. you could get scissors to make it all ripped up.
if you’re confused, look at this picture and you’ll see all three sections (left, right, middle):
