Its def possible, you’d prob just have to practice for a bit with a tape recorder. Here is some info on how Ledger came up with his character.
To prepare for the role, Ledger lived alone in a hotel room for a month, formulating the character’s posture, voice, and psychology, and kept a diary, in which he recorded the Joker’s thoughts and feelings.[12][16] While he initially found it difficult, Ledger eventually generated a voice unlike that of Jack Nicholson’s character in Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman film
Practice.
that movie became my new all time favorite. it really made me grieve over Heath Ledgers death. honestly, up until that movie i really had no clue as to who Heath Ledger was. but that made me realize.
