*EDIT* Cobwebs are also really cheap to buy. Just put them all over your bushes. You can also make a stuffed scarecrow and sit it in a chair by your door. Don’t forget to carve your own pumpkins and put candles in them. Those are always the best decorations.
Go to Michael’s or some other craft store, I’m sure there’s plenty of creative people there who can help you out.

Well, it is a good idea to not overdue the "Pizazz" in your yard. You could put a small graveyard. If your willing to spend money, you could put a fog machine with a LED light to go through the fog and make it stand out. You could get one of those spider web light strands somewhere! I wouldnt make it too scary, if you want people to come and trick or treat at your house!
