How do I get rid of my avatar on Yahoo messenger?

I was playing around with the avatars and now beside my screen name, it displays info about the avatar I created. I deleted my avatar, changed the settings on my Updates, went on Preferences and unchecked to displaying ‘plug-ins to set clickable status messages.’ But the the info on my avatar is STILL there! Anyone know what I should do to get rid of it?

if you want to get rid of your avatar in your yahoo messenger:
double click on one of your buddies (IDs) on yahoo messenger. so you will see "Instant message" window. then click on your avatar in the button right corner (if you can’t see it click on "open/close my display image" on top of "send" button)
now you can see Display Image window. click on "Don’t share my display image"
and if you want to remove your avatar at all:
do the stages on top i said, and click on your avatar (against of "Don’t share my display image"). ie will open (Yahoo! Avatars). then click on "Preferences" => "Delete" and then "Delete My Avatar" button.
