get a red cheerleader costume and rip it up in random places. smear your eyeliner and use dark eyeshadow all over your eyes. put your hair in pigtails, but mess them up and make them uneven.
Get a cheerleader uniform. Paint your face and skin white, maybe put some blood somewhere. Draw big black circles under your eyes.
I would start out with a cheerleader costume, or a dead cheerleader costume. Then, maybe add some ripped fishnets for effect. Try to make your hair sort of grungy, maybe by teasing it. Use make-up to make your face pale, and put on heavy eyeliner, mascara, and eye shadow. (Try doing really extreme smoky eyes, so that they still looks cute like a cheerleader, but a lot deeper and darker for the "dead" look.) Maybe some blood-red lipstick would have a nice effect. Then, you can either sew/tape/glue/paint a Cardinals’ symbol onto the costume, or you can just use facepaint to put the Cardinals’ symbol on you cheeks. (Sometimes you can even find temporary tattoos!) Or, you could do both to really get your point across.
