Your boy is only 2 days older than my girl! I am also excited about Halloween but I must admit I’ve been a little hung up on her 1st birthday party and haven’t put much thought into her costume or our plans for the holiday. I’m definitely going to get her something, and I’ve seen some penguin and owl costumes online that are SUPER cute. I might go with something like that, but I won’t be able to decide until I do some more looking around. As for trick or treating, I imagine we will go the neighbor’s houses, show her off a bit, but that’s it.
The devil, only I don’t need to dress him up!
A monkey…it’s his first Halloween
I will probably walk him around trick or treating with my nieces and nephews, but he’s too young to go to the doors for candy.

I haven’t even started thinking about it yet, but past ideas;
9 months old-he was Shrek
1 yr. old- he was a navy officer
last yr.- I gave him a mohawk and he had a chain on his pants and rolling stones t-shirt. He was a rocker and it was my favorite so far, so I don’t know how i’m gonna top it.
I’m thinking maybe Bam-Bam, and I can go as Betty Rubble, but it gets really cold here that time of yr. so he might be chilly in that outfit.
I ordered him the cuddly cub costume I think its rather cute. http://www.infantshalloweencostumes.com/animal-infant-halloween-costumes/
If my child isn’t old enough to walk/eat candy/go trick or treating, they’re not getting dressed up. I think it’s silly to dress them up as the costumes are for trick or treating & they can’t go.
But, I’ve seen the following:
bumble bee
turtle
puppy
devil
duck
No idea yet. He’ll be 2 1/2 at that time so we’ll definitely go out trick or treating. He was a chicken(from Old Navy) last year and that was pretty cute but I’m inclined to let him help pick out his outfit this year.
We’ll also have a month old baby girl so I’d love to find a little outfit for her though her and I probably won’t walk the whole neighborhood.
Oh, and we dressed him up his first Halloween too. He was only 8 months then but we put a little spider costume on him and he sat outside in his bouncer with us while we passed out candy. So just because they are too young for trick or treating doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and dress them up!
My 3 1/2 year old girl: Little Mermaid (Ariel)…she requested it herself.
My 8 month old boy: Lemur http://www.costumeexpress.com/Animal-Planet-Ring-Tailed-Lemur-Infant-Toddler-Costume/33645/ProductDetail.aspx
He’s just gonna be himself. A monster.
The hubby wants our son to be dressed up as a baby Tigger. We probably will just dress him up (for pictures) and hand out candy.
Aw that’s gonna be adorable! You gotta post pics of it!! I’ll probably dress Taylor up as a princess like she is
I also love Halloween. My son was a pirate his first Halloween, he was only 3 weeks old
Last year he was a duck. I have no clue what he will be this year. I would love to see him as a pumpkin but he is getting old enough to have a say in his costume…
I am thinking a lamb! Maybe raggedy ann. I don’t know though! I can’t wait it is my favorite time of year and my parents always made it soo special for me I hope to do the same for her.
