Dress up as a car. You can make the car out of a cardboard box and paint it up. Poke holes and put strings through it so it can hang off of you. Make a steering wheel and drive around honking your horn. I’ve seen someone do it years ago when I was in junior high. It looked so cool. If you have money to rent a costume that would be cool too. Try to get a dinosaur costume and then you can play with your tail and swing it around and hit people with it for fun.
