Going to Disneyland with my family for Halloween; quick, cheap, and easy costumes?

Everyone else in my family is dressing up and I don’t know what to be. My brother is Harry Potter, one of my sisters is a cat, the other is a bee, and my parents are dressing up in their usual costumes… What should I do?
That weekend is also my birthday, so maybe something to do with that, haha.
Rated G, please. It’s Disneyland and I’m hanging out with a 7 and 8-year-old. 
On Halloween, adults are allowed to dress up. My family goes every year.

As to adults in costume, regardless of your past experience adults are not permitted to wear costumes in Disneyland at Halloween. They are permitted to wear costumes in California Adventure during the Mickey’s Trick or Treat party separately ticketed event, but cannot wear them during the day at either park. Children 12 and under may wear costumes at either park during Halloweentime.

Can I wear a costume into the theme parks?
General Guidelines
Only Guests ages 9 and under may wear costumes into the Theme Parks of the Disneyland® Resort. Costumes should be child friendly, meaning they must be non-obstructive, non-offensive and nonviolent. The following are not permitted:
Masks or makeup that might be construed as a mask
Weapons or accessories that resemble an actual weapon
Costumes that drag on the ground
Sharp or pointed objects that may accidentally strike another Guest
Halloween Time at the Disneyland® Resort Guidelines
In addition to the guidelines above, the age restriction is raised to include Guests ages 12 and under. Also, Guests dressed as Disney Characters are advised to not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests.
Special Event Guidelines
All of the above guidelines apply to special events, with these exceptions:
Guests of any age may wear costumes.
Guests may wear masks, but these must not obstruct vision and the Guest’s eyes must be visible at all times.
Special events may include events at Disneyland® Resort hotels, private parties or ticketed events hosted at the Theme Parks by the Disneyland® Resort (such as Mickey’s Trick-or-Treat Party). Event-specific information posted on Disneyland.com will clarify whether costumes are permitted. (Please note that Grad Nite is not a costumed special event.)

Unless something has changed recently, Disneyland will not let you in while wearing a costume.
Get colored hair spray for a dollar store for under $2 (it washes out in water) Then wear funky colored leggings and neon colored bright stuff. You could even go as Ketchup or Mustard wearing red or yellow. Good Luck!
