Does Wolverine get cold very easily because of his adamantium skeleton?

We all know that Wolverine’s skeleton is metal, and metal is a great conductor of both heat and electricity. So does this mean he would have trouble staying warm? Or staying cool in a desert?

When the adamantium was formed to his skeleton, his regenerative ability caused a molecular change in the metal. The new substance, called "adamantium beta," had the biology of normal bone.. As such, it’s plausible that his "metal skeleton" is no greater a conductor than a normal skeleton, right?
