Just find some sky blue or light blue colored cloth. Make a large square, estimating it would cover your whole body since you will be making a whole in the middle that will only fit your head. Then you can insert your head and make like a gown of some sort. If you know what I mean. Then maybe you can add some spice, and paint it with some white making a wave effect on the clothing.
