do you need a permit to be a street performer on a beach?
Hi. I just came back from the beach and had a great idea.
At the parking lot, there were a bunch of people in costumes (like Darth Vader, Catwoman, etc.). I wondered why. Eventually, I saw them taking pictures with people at the pier and getting 1$ tips for it. I had a really had a nice Jack in the Box costume that got hundreds of pictures at a local halloween gathering last year, and I wanted to bring my costume to the beach to get tips.
Would I have to get any legal things squared away? I just saw people coming up on the beach and doing this. Some were playing the guitar and some were selling water. So I figured that I could do this without any legal documents to acquire.

In my country, there is a need to register, but I don’t know yours.
Just follow the crowd and offer you services.
This is part of crowd attraction, I don’t see any seriousness in it.
Please don’t hassle and cause disturbances to the visitors.
Starting doing, enjoy yourself and make extra income.
