Disney………?

I have a 6 year old who loves the Disney Channel. I find myself singing the songs from Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Thats so Raven – I have even considered buying the Disney Channel CD for my daughter (without admitting that I actually like the music, LOL) I even like the shows. does anyone else share this experience?

I am in a very similar situation, I think. I have an 8 yr. old little brother who also loves the Disney Channel. In addition to the shows you mentioned, he loves The Suite Life and Phil of the Future (too bad they stopped filming that show).
Yes, I can admit it. I watch the Disney Channel even when my brother in not around! I listen to the songs, I sing the songs, with and without him — in the car, while cleaning the house, whenever. I simply find it to be wholesome, funny entertainment, and I’m not ashamed!
Frankly, Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Cheetah Girls and the like are so catchy and well-produced that you can hardly blame yourself if you find that you like them more than you think you should! I say buy the CD and enjoy =)

lots of kids love to sing, and those songs are probably easy for her to remember.
A few years ago, Around the time Disney’s Hercules was released in theaters, McDonald ran a promotion of three different Disney CD’s. Hero Songs, Buddy Songs, and Rascal Songs. I have all three. I still listen to them and sing along. I said I bought them at the time for my kids, but they were really for me! Most Disney songs are catchy and fun, the words are easy, and you don’t have to worry about the lyrics being offensive to some people. I don’t get the Disney Channel any more, so I am not as up to date with the music, but I usually like what I hear.

The case is more embarrasing for me, since I’m a guy, but I find myself singing it sometimes. The thing is, as songs get more vulgar and sex-related, it’s sorta rare to find music that actually doesn’t go over the top.
hey i am a 12 year old and i am obsessed with hannah montana and high school musical. people act like different ages. there is nothing to be ashamed of! oh except NO ONE likes dora. i think we all can agree that she brainwashes poor defenceless children. ;]
alot of the childrens programs have catchy tunes which is y we remember them so easily its amazin even if u hate the program u still find urself singin the songs.
im a 13 yr old and love all those things and have the cds and stuff. although my friends think its weird i like disney stuff, its so cool. and im also not allowed 2 watch mtv so its kinda what i have to watch. i would rather play my hannah montana cd than watch mtv music videos and its totally normal (hopefully)
I am 21. I don’t have any kids, but I do have younger siblings. I like watching the Disney Channel shows on line. I don’t go so far as to sing along (I don’t watch them that often), but I will also listen to Radio Disney occasionally.
I DO! I am 23 yrs old and I love everything Disney. My bf makes fun of m,e because I watch the Disney Channel. seriously nothing to be ashamed of
