Robin hood, the world(a big round globe)
On the Regis and Kelly show last Halloween. Two women dressed as a rollercoaster ride won the prize over everybody. It was made out of PVC pipe and tin foil. They had fake legs in the seat with there body sticking out with their real legs hidden. They would act like they were experiencing going down a steep roller coaster and there hair was swept back. You could probably find it on Utube along with a lot of other ideas.
It’s a small world after all…..

Take the native american hair feathers, with a Moroccan viel, a mexican skirt, a german waist cincher, with nigerian shirt under it and a the geisha hair & makeup…
Just don’t ask me where to locate that stuff…. other than ebay. But it would definitely be kooky and creative and I’m sure noone else would have that costume…. literal for the theme of around the world.
How about French Aristocrats or Marie Antoinette?
Or a cowboy/girl? Like Jessie in Toys story? That’ll be cute.
