Chuck E. Cheese confusion?
i went to chuck e. cheese last night with my one year old niece and i was very dissapointed…where you are do they:
1. do the shows with all the animals every 20 or so min?
2. have a real chuckie (person in costume) come out like all the time, and you can go see him and stuff
{at the other one around here they do these things but this new one didn’t}
3. do they have ball pits for the kids?
{one of ours used to but they took it out and this newer one didn’t have one, usually they ae at the begginning of the tunnel}
…there was hardly wanything for little kids to do….they had a toddler zone with a slide, 2 rides, and 2 games, and then stuff for bigger kids (4-8)…but most of their games are geared towards teens and grown-ups..is this what chuck E. cheese is becoming?….i think it’s crazy

That’s crazy that they don’t have a ball pit at the new Chuck E. Cheese.
I just went to the one in Hawaii for an excursion we had with our summer program, and they had the ball pit, live shows, and Chuckie even came out to take pictures with everyone. I don’t think our program paid Chuck E. Cheese any more than a normal person would when it comes to the pizza and buying tokens.
I guess they do have more video games geared to the older child, and not really the toddlers any more. The Chuck E. Cheese here has been around for a long time, and I did notice over the years (go there once a year for summer program) that they started to change their motif.
I hope that your new Chuck E. Cheese is still just "new" and they will start to add all the classic ideas so that it would be fun for the toddler as well as the older child.
try to fit in play some ball games and eat some pizza and play for some prizes for your niece
you have to remember that its new..and maybe later on they’ll start getting more stuff for toddlers..also remember that each chuck e cheese is indepently owned and its owner has the final decision of what he or she wants in his or her chuck e cheese..soo tough cookies if you dont like it go to the ones that you do like
Yea we brought my baby cuz there and wow. like 100 kids my age playing all the games and then chuckie came to throw out free tickets and all the kids swarmed him and my baby cuz got stepped on. I think there aiming it more on the older kids cos they can beg their parents for more tokens more food and more money…which is all they want, The don’t care about your kids enjoyment..it’s all about the money
