I was thinking about taking my little guy trick or treating with my friends and I in his carrier this year. Is it safe? And do they make halloween costumes for hamsters?

anyone know what is the history behind dressing up in costumes on halloween? i’m familiar with history of halloween itself but not the dressing up part. i remember reading when i was a kid that a particular culture celebrated halloween a long time ago by cutting the faces of the dead and wearing them as masks while dancing around a fire. has anyone ever heard this? please include source if possible thank u

Does anyone know if the Halloween mask such as Bill Clinton, George Bush, Ronald Regan, did the creator need permission from these guys to distribute? Copyrights??? Very curious.

Im a huge fan of the hellboy movies and comics and for this upcoming halloween i think it would be sick to dress up as Karl Kroenen, the nazi soldier in the germ suit. Me and my friends plan to go to the West hollywood halloween parade, but I’m wondering if it is just a place for costumes to be displayed, or if there is a party atmosphere with hot slutty girls.

My husband and I are both Halloween enthusiasts.
We love cheesy horror films, carving pumpkins, and dressing in classic costumes (mummy, vampire, frankenstein, freddy krueger, etc..)

At what age do you feel its appropriate for a child to pick their own costume?

I’m thinking of the Surfer as he appeared in his third edition series when he wasn’t stranded on earth anymore, and Superman as he appears in his current series, not the silver/golden age versions. In other words, when each character is opperating at maximum strength and power levels.

For the person who called me a moron- I hand make my costumes so since Halloween is about 2 months away, and all throughout October I’ll be doing things that need a costume, I really only have about a month to make a costume. Which is why Im asking now -_-

I’m desperate for a manga recommendation. My favorites are Sailor Moon and X-Men Misfits. I like romance with some action mixed in. Does anyone have any suggestions?
