I dont know if Harvey Dent is one the guy who lost half of his face and who all the villians are that appear in the movie. Also are they going to make a sequal to the dark knight if so who will be the main villian.

Hmm, well:
Batman: dark anti-heroic figure, scorned by public despite saving many lives, approach to crime can bring differing opinions to people (cell phone tracking), batman is true self while Bruce Wayne is cover-up alterego, sees bigger picture of things.
Harvey Dent: Seemingly perfect "white knight" hero, has hidden "dark tendencies" (seen with him threatening schizophrenic guy before his accident), injury releases the monster within (literal and metaphorical), public loves harvey in the end despite his corruption to insanity, while despising batman.
Joker: pure nihilist, psychotic psychopath, sees life as meaningless and a joke and sees people as nothing but hypocritical trash, does make very good points at some parts, overall not the guy to take home to momma!
You’re asking this question in the wrong category. If you ask this in the Movie category (?), you’ll get your answer there, I think.
Okay, well you can get a more informative answer
in IMDB while searching for "The Dark Knight".
Harvey Dent was the white knight. He was the good guy, he was the one that was supposed to save Gotham honorably and truthfully, (unlike Batman who is doing it illegaly & with a mask). Joker messed around with Harvey so he would go insane by placing him and his fiance Rachael in danger. Bluntly, Racheal dies & Harvey Dent gets half his face burned off in the predicament. Harvey then turns bad, and calls himself Two-Face ( a nickname they used to call him.)
There are many villains and protagonists in TDK, and you’ll find most of them IMDB.
