the wings, shape them out of wire clothes hangers, then stretch pantyhose of the appropriate color over them, add glitter. the dress, should be pretty simple to make with a sewing machine and a decent knowledge of how to sew, or u could even pay your home ec teacher to make it for you. get green fabric, maybe basic cotton, sew a rectangle of the proper length and width, add darts for shaping, and cut the hem to the right shape.
the wings… i have no idea, but the dress looks like it could be remade of light green felt, it wont last more than a few wears, but its super easy to pull together and shape
you might be able to buy the fabric for the dress and get it made by a tailor or find a dress in that shade and get it tailored, wings will be made available at your local store in the fall
Fabric looks like a light green cotton-polyester…..I am
sure as one person stated any tailor can make this dress
looks simple…Also, if you go to a fabric store, I am
sure there is a dress pattern similar to this, just take
a printout of the picture and ask the clerks there.
