Wash your face in the morning and evening with an herbal soap. Pat it dry, do not rub as that will cause facial scarring. Get a large or giant aloe vera plant and snip off a piece about 1" long clip the sides off and smear the aloe vera gel on your face. Let it dry. In about two to three weeks you will see a dramatic change to your skin. It will regenerate to the point where the scarring from acne or other means has started to clear up. Aloe Vera is used on burn patients to slow and heal scarring from burns and if you use it every day and make a habit of using it every day, your scarring from acne will totally disappear and you won’t even notice it unless some one mentions that your skin looks so clean and clear.

i stopped getting acne when i stopped eating red meat. now i dont have to worry about it…just a thought. oh n drink lots of water…makes yr skin radiant.

ACNE IS CAUSED BY HORMONE LEVELS BEING OUT OF SYNCH…pure and simple.

Eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water (but don’t over do it as you can over dose on water as well), get plenty of exercise and proper amounts of sleep.

If you’re still having breakouts, you can attack them on the surface, but it won’t "cure" acne all together.

NEVER USE ANYTHING THAT OVER STRIPS OR OVER DRIES YOUR SKIN!!

This will ONLY lead to your skin getting confused and forcing it to produce even more surface oils which can lead to more breakouts!

If you’re already doing everything mentioned, see your doctor. You might want to concider hormone therapy like "birth control" pills to help stabilize your hormone levels.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It’s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
